Register

  • 1. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase in the online store?

    It is not necessary. You can make the purchase as a guest.

  • 2. If I want to create an account, how can I do it?

    In the upper right corner of your screen, you will find the symbol of an individual (next to the heart symbol). By clicking on this symbol, a window will appear with the text "Don’t have an account yet? Register for free." Next, you should click on the "Register" link to be redirected to the registration page. Fill out the form with the required information. Click the create account button to validate your registration. If everything is correct, you will receive a confirmation email for your registration.

Online Orders

  • 1. How can I make an online purchase?

    To make an online purchase, after finding the product you want to buy, click on the product image to enter its page. Once on the product page, click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart. You can adjust the quantity if you want more than one unit.

    As you add products to your cart, the sidebar will appear with all the items you've added. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the sidebar.

    Next, you can log in as a registered customer or proceed as a guest. You should continue by filling in the requested information: choose your delivery address and method, billing address, and payment method.

  • 2. What delivery options are available to me?

    Upon completing the purchase, depending on the selected delivery address and the products in your cart, you can choose one of the following delivery options:

    • Delivery to the address

    • Delivery to the address

  • 3. How does delivery to a pickup point work?

    After starting the purchase process, choose the "Delivery to a pickup point" option. Then click on "Select Store" to open a window with a list of all available stores for pickup. You can filter the stores by entering a location or postal code in the search bar at the top of the window. Select the pickup point you prefer. If the previously selected pickup point is not to your liking, you can choose another one by clicking on "Select Another." Then, select the desired pickup point from the list of stores presented. Once your selection is complete, click "Next" to continue with the checkout process.

  • 4. How does delivery to an address work?

    After starting the purchase, choose the "Delivery to address" option and provide your delivery address. Complete the payment for your purchase and wait for our email confirming the processing of your order. On the day your order is ready, you will receive an email with the invoice and information about the shipping service. You will be able to track the progress of your order using the provided information.

  • 5. What precautions should I take when receiving the order from the courier?

    Always check if the package you are receiving shows any signs of mishandling. If you notice that the package is torn or dented, make a note of it in the courier's observations. Before opening the package, take a photo of the condition in which you received the order and send it to the email: [email protected].

  • 6. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

    If you receive a damaged product, you can request a return on the website through the customer area, in which case you will need to have a registered account.

    If you do not have an account, please send us photos of the item to the following email: [email protected], so we can begin the claims process.

  • 7. How long can my order from the online store take

    Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be collected by the courier from our warehouse on the next business day when it is available for shipping. You will receive an email with delivery service information once the courier has picked up your order. The estimated delivery time provided by the courier depends on your destination:

    • Major cities: 2 business days (estimated)

    • Other locations: 5 business days (estimated)

    • Azores and Madeira islands: delivery time upon request from the courier

    • Spain (mainland): 2 business days (estimated)

    • Spain (islands): delivery time upon request from the courier

    • France: 2 weeks delivery time

    • Rest of Europe: delivery time upon request from the courier

    For products ordered from suppliers, the delivery time must be checked by emailing: [email protected], always mentioning the order number.

  • 8. What delivery costs might I incur for a purchase from the online store?

    The transportation cost always depends on the type of product you wish to purchase and the area to which the order is being shipped. When making a purchase, you will always receive information about the shipping cost before completing your payment.

  • 9. What payment methods are available to me?

    You can make the payment for your order using the following available methods:

    • MB

    • MBWAY

    • Bank transfer to the IBAN provided in the payment menu (for this option, you will need to send the payment proof to the following email address: [email protected])

  • 10. How can I change an order I've already placed if I made a mistake with the reference I wanted?

    If you have not yet made the payment, you can cancel the order on the website through the customer area, in which case you will need to have a registered account.

    If you don't have an account, you can send an email to [email protected] requesting the cancellation of the order, and you must include your order number.

    After canceling the order, you can place a new order with the correct references. If you have already made the payment and want to change the order, you will need to make a new purchase, pay for the new order, and then request a refund for the incorrect order. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the cancellation, and your IBAN so we can proceed with the refund. If the order you want to change has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return process for the product.

Returns

  • 1. I purchased a product from the online store, but I would like to return it. Can I do that?

    Yes, you have a 15-day period to make a return.

  • 2. When making a return, will the shipping costs paid for the delivery of the order be refunded?

    Since shipping is a service requested from a carrier, it is not possible to refund this amount, except in cases of returns due to errors attributed to bildit.pt.

  • 3. How can I make a return?

    To make a return, you can request the return on the website through the customer area, in which case you will need to have a registered account.

    If you do not have an account, you will need to send an email to [email protected] with the return request. You should specify if the box was damaged. We cannot accept products that have been used or are not in the same condition as when they were sold.

    After receiving BILDIT's authorization for your return, you can choose one of the following options:

    • Deliver the item to be returned at the A.S. Pereira – Materials de Construção, Lda store (Custóias, Matosinhos)

    • Send the item via CTT to the following address: Rua Nova de S. Gens, nº342, 4460-776 Custóias

    • Request BILDIT to collect the item from the delivery address you wish to return

    If you want BILDIT to collect the item to be returned, the shipping service will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. If there is no refund, the customer will need to pay for the shipping costs to arrange the collection service. The shipping cost will always depend on the type of product you are returning. For more information about the shipping cost, please request the collection fee by email or WhatsApp.

  • 4. After returning the product in good condition, how can I receive the amount I paid?

    After the product is received and verified by our warehouse, you will receive an email requesting your IBAN so that the amount for the product can be refunded. Please note that the shipping and/or collection fees will not be refunded.
